Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Nairobi CBD store. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your items arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Delivery Options
Nairobi Same‑Day Delivery
Order before 12PM and get your products delivered the same day within Nairobi CBD and select estates. A small fee applies, but it's free for orders above KSh 20,000.

Countrywide Delivery
We ship to all counties across Kenya. Delivery takes 1–4 business days depending on your location. Free shipping on orders above KSh 20,000 in Nairobi – otherwise a flat fee applies.

Prefer to collect your order yourself? You're welcome to visit our store at Rahimtullah Trust Building, Room 111, Nairobi CBD. Simply place your order online and select "Pickup" at checkout.

We deliver to every corner of Kenya. Whether you're in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, or a remote village – if there's a courier route, we'll get your tech to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
Your courier of choice will call you to arrange a convenient time. If delivery fails, they'll hold your order at their store for pickup.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes – we offer Saturday delivery in Nairobi and the whole country. However, please note that Sunday and public holiday no delivery service is available.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately – if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address.
What about customs or import duties?
We only ship within Kenya, so no import duties apply. All prices include local taxes.
